The grant Rs. 17.5 Lakh has been sanctioned for the Department of Physics of our` college by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi. The grant has been allocated for creating “Networking and Computational facilities including Intranet” under the “Fund for Improvement of Science and Technology infrastructure in Universities and higher educational institutions” (FIST), for a period of five years. With this assistance, the Physics department of the college gets the recognition as DST – FIST sponsored Department.

* The grant of Rs. 9 Lakhs has been sanctioned by the UGC under U.G. courses Development Programmes.
