Our Institution has been recognized as one among the 47 Colleges across the country, 8 Colleges in Tamil Nadu and 3 Colleges in Madurai Kamaraj University area.  

      Since teaching and learning processes form the crux of an educational institution a part of the allocated grant has been spent to configure the audio visual medium employing digital interactive class rooms and unlimited and uninterrupted access to internet with broad band connectivity has been made.  Besides, efforts are also being made to improvise intranet facility within the Campus for E-governance as a means of effective administration.  Further, with the view of enhancing and sustaining the knowledge environment in the Campus, the grant has also been utilized for the purchase of Books and Journals.

       As a part of the sustained efforts in promoting Research and Consultancy Service, the Science Instrumentation Centre has also been established with the Financial Assistance of CPE Grant is serving for the wide gamut of Science with Centralized facilities for FT – IR, HPLC, AAS , UV Spectrophotometer and Molecular Grade Water Purification System.  This facility is also being extended to the various other Colleges, Universities and Institutions.

       With the CPE Grant efforts are also made to harness energy, a vital component which becomes scarce commodity from solar system with ecological concern and security.  The awareness programmes would also be organized for the public to realize the necessity of pollution free cleaner environment by demonstrating the effective functioning of the solar panel.

       Further, in near future, the revolutionary changes would also be brought into the educational system of the Institution through Edusat which delivers real time live education and with the view of enhancing socio economic status, application oriented R & D Technology generation and Human Resource Development would be given top priority.
