ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR THE YEAR 2007 - 2008

U.G. COURSES

Application forms can be had from the College Office by paying Rs.25/- in cash or Rs.40/- by Money order from 02/04/2007 for the following courses.

B.Sc. Mathematics,

Plant Biology and Plant Biotechnology,

One application form will be issued to each one of the SC/ST candidates on producing of attested copy of the Community card.

Filled in applications should be handed over in person to the Principal within 10 days from the date of publication of +2 results by Tamil Nadu State Board of Higher Secondary Education. No entrance test will be conducted.

Application forms can be had from the College Office by paying Rs.50/- in cash or Rs.65/- by Money order from 02/04/2007 for the following courses.

Filled in applications should be handed over in person to the Principal immediately after the mark statement of +2 is released by Tamil Nadu State Board of Higher Secondary Education. No entrance test will be conducted.

Selection will be announced to the candidates and they have to pay the prescribed fees in the college office to confirm the admission.The selected candidates should submit the following certificates in original during admission.

i) SSLC Statement of Marks

ii) Higher Secondary Course Statement of Marks

iii) Transfer Certificate

iv) Conduct Certificate (XII Std) (a separate certificate)

v) Certificates in sports & games (at School, District, Zone and State Level)

vi) Certificates in extracurricular activities

vii) Medical Certificate in the case of physically handicapped students

viii) Certificate or evidence for Ex-service man

ix) Clinical Report on blood grouping

x) Other Certificates, if any

Endurance test will be conducted for B.Sc. Physical Education Health Education & Sports candidates.

If the admitted candidates want to join in College Hostel, they should get the separate Hostel admission application form from the College Office and meet the Deputy Warden of the hostel in person with their parents or guardian.

P.G. COURSES

Application forms can be had from the College Office by paying Rs.40/- in cash or Rs.55/- by Money order from 02/04/2007 for the following courses.

The candidates may submit their applications along with copies of statement of marks upto V semester in their respective U.G. courses.

Filled in applications should be submitted in person or sent by post to the Principal on or before 19/05/2007. The entrance test except for M.C.A. will be conducted on 21/05/2007(Forenoon). The candidates may submit their applications along with copies of statement of marks upto V semester in their respective U.G. courses.
